Job Description;• Greeting customer warmly and politely• Manage large amount of incoming calls• Verify problem & deliver message/complaint to right person and to record• Solving the customer complaint/feedbacks by phone, email, in person and attending the unit on site• To prepare the daily report and report to Department Head• Following up to owner defects keys and informed to owner by phone, email.• Maintains customer records by updating information• Following up to respective departments for owner complaints, defects, etc.• Send email about the announcement and circulars to owner/residents and stick them on notice board• Distribution the bills and letters• Arrange to apply for car pass access, swimming pool card, follow up for household registration and others related services concerning with residential buildings• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed• Other duties assign by management
Minimum requirement• Any graduate (Male / Female) with the age between 22 – 30 years• 2 skills (Oral & Written) in English• Preferable minimum 6 months in relating field• Able to operate window application well• Likeable personally • Able to handle pressure and can do attitude
