• Organize for smooth import customs clearance process including collecting documents, DO pick-up, Customs Inspection, Port operation.
• Organize transportation if needed.
• Provide quality and efficient services to customers.

• Minimum two year of experience in air freight industry
• Handling customs clearance and document preparation process
• Be able to handle daily operational tasks such as updating the system, communicating with local / overseas customers to fulfill their requirements
• Work independently as a team
• Be able to work under pressure
