Job Description

• Operates according to company quality and customer service standards
• Understands and meets complex internal and external customer needs.
• Co-ordinates with the customer team- on all requirements of all inbound and outbound shipments including export / import and custom clearance process (Air freight / Sea freight / cross-border)
• To be the center of communication- transferring information during the operation period
• Familiar with telecom industry background is preferable
• Provides support and coordination to peers in daily work practices
• System usage and familiar with computer proficiency
• Understand and meet routine work standards and requirements
• Co-ordinates with the customer team- to create rush orders when necessary.
• Involved in aspects of Operations, inventory, transportation and replenishment.
• Co-ordinates with operations on the equipment transfer of customers.
• Ensures that all information on product delivery is passed to customer’s every day
• Co-ordinates with operations and inventory control teams to investigate the causes of problems.
• Raises the information on claims, including: product gain, loss or wrong shipments and passes all issues to Inventory Control, where physical checks are compared with system data and all issues/solutions relayed back to the customer.
• Communicates with customers in case of physical product gain or loss upon arrival at each store
• Responsible for interfacing with the customer & any relevant organizations as required
• Communicates with the internal department – involving problem solving / development.
• Produces - as required - daily, weekly and monthly KPIs, and other statistical-performance measurement data.
• To maintain good & effective team communication at all times.
• To maintain good working relationships with client personnel & other departments within the DC.
• To wear PPE – when required – at all times and with care.
• Reports immediately to a supervisor regarding any illness, injury, or relevant personal issues that may impede work performance – as to ensure remedial action is taken immediately.
• Adheres to work regulations regarding practice, safety, or any other relevant instructions – leading by example.
• To perform other jobs as assigned by a superior
