An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Handle customers /agent inquire are promptly reply via e-mail/Phone
Liaise & co-ordinate with Carrier / Supplier/ oversea office & agent in order to have smooth operation and shipments
Liaise with Carrier / Co-Loader for vessel schedule and send to respective customer / party
Responsibility for issuing and checking accuracy of import & export shipments document
Lead export/ import team and ensure timely billing / closing of all Job
Report the shipment summary every week
Any other duty assign by management team

Job Requirements

Must have at least 2 years experience in Import/Export
English 4 Skills and prefer female only
Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office and Email
Be able to work under pressure
Ability to work independently and handle Multi File
Good team-work and customer relationship
Able to meet urgent requests from customers
Can work over-time as required
