_ Managing incoming calls and customer service inquires
_ Listen carefully to each customer with patience and courtesy.
_ Identifying and assessing customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
_ Experience in using web browsers to navigate online content.
_ Manage large amount of Facebook comments.
_ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solution and alternative within the time limits.
_ Follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and files document.
_ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
_ Take the extra mile to engage customers.
_ Take payment information and other pertinent information such as address and phone numbers.
_ Inform customer of deal and promotions.
