Showroom Customer Service, Indoor Sales, Showroom Administrative Services & Stock Management.

· In charge for customer service in Hilti showroom. Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing relevant assistance on product information.

· Receive, direct and relay telephone, E-Mail or other enquires by Sales team or Customers.

· Co-coordinating with other team members to provide fast and efficient response to customer’s request.

· Maintain and manage a filing system to track stock, sales and other correspondence

· Report to Managers and assisting them in any ad-hoc duties. Preparation of compiled Weekly and Monthly sales report, stock update, Survey compilation, to Managers.

· Support Showroom operations such as preparing Invoice and Quotation etc.

· Performing of other related duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree of Engineering preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience in outside sales preferred.
• Clear career progression with no more than 2 companies in the last 2 years.
• Demonstrated ability to develop loyal customer relationships and effectively implement strategic concepts.
• Excellent time and territory management skills.
• Must be persuasive, sales driven, customer focused, and a team player.
• Previous experience preparing professional sales presentations and quotes for customers preferred.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and Email
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with the construction industry is a plus
• Able to communicate and understand English
