• Answer and respond customer service phone calls • Provide onsite and online customer services• Provide solutions to the customers’ issues and problems • Provide necessary training and after-sales service • Registration and recording of customer service records• Responsible for successful implementation of application software• Responsible to ensure customer satisfaction at all time.• Responsible to prepare necessary documentation and manual when needed
• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent• Good knowledge, skill and experience in financial and management accounting • Mindset and ability to provide excellent customer service• Possess strong interpersonal, excellent public relation skills and willing to travel• Proficiency in written and spoken English preferred
