*MEBS Global, a US freight forwarder, is seeking a Customer Service officer.
*The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for organizing shipment documentation from clients, collecting/verifying vendor receipts, helping prepare client invoices and communicating billing and operations issues to clients.
*Additional duties may be required according to project needs.
*Customer Service officer will report to MEBS Project Coordinator

Job Requirements

*Candidate should have intermediate spoken and written English skills, proficiency in use of Microsoft software (especially Excel), and a strong attention to detail.
*Past experience in freight forwarding a plus.
