Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

In charge of reception desk & caring services of Speak Up Myanmar.

Reception
a. Answer incoming calls positively and warmly.
b. Accurately direct caller to the appropriate people courteously and professionally.
c. Print out list of meetings by Educational Consultants at the beginning of the day.
d. Update meetings list upon request by EC.
e. Coordinate the request of cancelling/postponing meeting of customers to the related parties (EC).
f. Update the timetable of all the classes on the notice boards.
g. Prepare materials for the Academic team.
h. Ensure the tidiness & presentability of the lobby to give a positive impression to customers.
i. Take care of reception area, power, lighting and air conditioning
Customer Services
j. Welcome customers (walk-in/booked) with professional & helpful manner.
k. Elicit customer information and verify their information to identify the source of their enquiry.
l. Update information to C+ (with walk-in cases).
Student Services
m. Assign computer lab cubicle for students learning Multimedia, doing Placement Test/First Class or Level Test.
n. Manage computer lab cubicles during the operation hours.
o. Confirm attendance, book/cancel classes for customers.
p. Print out waiting list & attendance list of the classes and monitor the booking process.
q. Call customers to fill in under-attended classes.
r. Prepare end-level Certificates for students.
s. Liaise with Personal Mentors to follow inactive/missing students
t. Receive customers’ complaints and direct them to Line Manager for suggestion; follow up and the resolution.
u. Update the complaint register until the case is closed.
v. Assist customers with routine problems and refer non-routine items to a supervisor.
w. Encourage students to practice English or participate in E-zone.
x. Work with Line Managers to deliver a caring program to students in order to increase their satisfaction/retention/referral

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree.
• At least 1 year in customer services.
• Customer-centric attitude.
• Well-developed presentation and communication skills.
• Good appearance and personality.
• Good command of English and fluent in Myanmar language.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email.
• Follow SUM dress code.
