Job Description

- Take overall charge of the inquiries, complaints and requests from customer
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
- Understand and follow the procedures of respective department
- Clarify and understand your team, departmental and organizational goal with your team's supervisor and HOD
- Closely working with your team's member and HOD
- Creating and supporting technical knowledge between sales team, development team and marketing team
- Providing accurate reporting and feedback to HOD on all leads and inquiries, and recommend improvements that will positively impact sales and efficiency

Job Requirements

- Any Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field
- Good communication skill, Good knowledge and In-depth knowledge of Customer Service Principles and Practives
- Good knowledge of Computer skill (Networking)
- Good command of spoken & written English
- Must work on shifting schedule
- Good time management skills, organized and flexibility, high motivation, problem solving
- Able to work under pressure
