- Customer မ်ား ေခၚဆိုေသာ ဖုန္းအ၀င္မ်ားကို လက္ခံေျဖဆိုေပးျခင္း။
- Customer မ်ား ၏ Feedback မ်ား၊ လိုအပ္ခ်က္မ်ားႏွင့္ တင္ျပခ်က္မ်ားကို မွတ္တမ္းစာရင္းသြင္းၿပီး Service Manager, Advisor မ်ားထံ တင္ျပျခင္း။
- Service Department မွ ညႊန္ၾကားခ်က္မ်ားကို Customer ထံ ရွင္းလင္းေျပာဆိုေပးရျခင္း။
- Service Admin ကိစၥမ်ားကို အခါအားေလ်ာ္စြာ ကူညီလုပ္ကိုင္ေပးရျခင္း။
- Customer , all department မ်ားႏွင့္လည္း လုပ္ငန္းအဆင္ေျပေခ်ာေမြ႔ေစေရးအား ညိွနိႈင္းေဆာင္ရြက္ရျခင္း။
- Part Analysis ႏွင့္ Mobile (km) Service charge မ်ားအား ျပဳစုတြက္ခ်က္ေပးရျခင္း။
- Service လာျပဳျပင္ေသာ Customer ကားမ်ားအား ေန႔စဥ္ Lubrication Maintenance တိုက္ေပးရျခင္း။

- ဘြဲ႔ရ တစ္ဦးျဖစ္ရမည္။
- အသက္ ၂၀ မွ ၂၅ ႏွစ္အတြင္း ျဖစ္ရမည္။
- သက္ဆိုင္ရာလုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႔အႀကံဳ အနည္းဆံုး (၁)ႏွစ္ရွိရမည္။
- Internet, Email ႏွင့္ Microsoft Office ကို ကြ်မ္းက်င္စြာ အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ရမည္။
- အက်င့္စာရိတၱေကာင္းမြန္ၿပီး အဖြဲ႔အစည္းႏွင့္ ပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
