Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

- Responsible for customer service such as querying, card selling, card top up, damaged card exchanging etc.
- As a role directly interacts with YPS customer, candidate should serve as YPS brand ambassador, being able to introduce and promote the YPS value, know-how as well.
- Deal with possible customer conflicts, solve customer’s problems.
- Verifying accounting record (cash, card & system record) on a daily basis.
- Apply to company general policies and performance evaluation policies and others.

Job Requirements

- Have experience in accounting/finance, such as cash counting, balance settlement etc., better worked as a casher before.
- Have basic experience in operating on POS, or other E-devices.
- Command very good communication skills and problem-solving mindset.
- Has traits like Extroverted, friendly, patient.
