-Monitor customer visit and support daily operations.-Provides guidance and monitor co-workers on routine duties within set policy and procedures. -Communicate and build relationship with customers.-Act as a customer advocate, gather customer feedback, highlight and address solution to have continuous improvement & customer satisfaction.
-Have Bachelor Degree or Diploma-Age from 23 to 30 years preferred-Female preferred-Have at least 3 years experience in customer service and management field-Very good communication & social skills -Need intermediate level of English for communicating with customers
