We are looking to hire an exemplary Customer Service Supervisor to coach our service staff to deliver exceptional customer service for our online Game Application Users while working from the convenience of your own Home. Overseeing, assessing and assisting customer service to our many users and staff activities, and providing them with regular performance-related feedback. Assisting customer service staff with duties where required. You will play a collaborative role in growing and implementing standards and processes. You will maintain documentation such as correspondence and operational records, and communicate promotional offers to customers. To ensure success you need to employ prudence and tact in interacting with others and be focused on customer and staff retention. This position is not restricted only to Applicants living in Yangon. It is open to ALL potential applicants Nationwide.

Job Requirements

• Must have minimum 5 years’ experience in Customer service with proficient knowledge.
• Proficient computer skills and troubleshooting knowledge on basic potential technical errors is a must.
• Extensive knowledge of operating Social media platforms.
• Available to work all shifts of the day or night and always be ready to assist both users and staff any given time.
• Oversee the performance of all Customer service staff and improve and delegate as needed.
• Strong people skills.
• Excellent phone/online messaging etiquette.
• Strategizing and monitoring daily activities of customer service operation.
• Investigating and solving customer service complaints and rectifying solutions.
• Maintaining documentation pertaining to customer service department activities.
