Job Description

- Developed digital and print educational materials (eg. Video and manuals)
- Organize class room style seminars about product features and sales techniques.
- Conduct role playing activities to development interpersonal skills (eg . negotiation, teamwork and conflict management.)
- Identify individual and team skill gaps.
- Schedule regular training sessions.
- Ensure new hire takes on basic sales training courses.
- Liaise with managers and encourage on the job coaching. (how to handle difficult client case)
- Coordinate mentorship programs for new customer service representative.
- Assesses the impact of each educational course on staff performance and client satisfaction
- Maintain update records of training curricula and material.

Job Requirements

- 2 or 3 years working experience in relative field and background with banking, callcenter, telecom and phone handset company.
- Good communication skill and good personality.
- Any graduated and prefer with customer service certificate or diploma.
- can work on flexible shift.
