1. Responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
2. To work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction
3. Work with product team and sales team to understand the best ways to utilize products and services based on the customer's business needs or business
plans
4. Attending initial sales meeting and meeting with clients
5. Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs
6. Responsible for creating policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience.
7. Gathering feedback from customers, study other customer success programs and analyze customer data to identify the best practices.
8. Establish policies the entire staff can adhere to all customers receive the same quality of service.
9. To educate customers on the flexibility and capabilities of software that encouraged to continue using products and services.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information System or Business Management/ Business Administration or a related field
2. 3++ years working experience in customer services or customer support
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
4. Knowledge of technologies such as, internet technologies, cloud computing, web and XML
5. Knowledge of customer service practices
6. Experience in System analysis and Data analysis is plus points
7. Able to communicate with people for all levels, especially C level
8. Excellent communicators both orally and in writing
9. Able to work fast paced environment
