- Answer all calls professionally and politely to provide information about our products and services, take or cancel orders or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
- Refer unresolved customer complaints or inquiries to the concerned departments for further actions.

Job Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
