PURPOSE OF THE ROLETo support Business Intelligence and CVM (Customer Value Management) IT team.ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES• Lead the CVM (Customer Value Management) initiative for key projects. • Provide technical leadership in CVM platform and resolves business enquiry and production issue. • Work closely with business in feasibility analysis, design and implement solutions that meet dynamic business needs in CVM/Big Data/ Hadoop Technologies. • Coordinates various integration and functions of multiple applications.• Monitor operating efficiency of existing CVM application systems and provides proactive, preventive and corrective action.• Built strong working relationships with multiple business users and vendors to develop CVM strategies. • Complies with all security policies and procedures, to ensure that the highest level of system and data confidentiality, integrity and availability is maintained
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS • University Graduate preferable in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering and Telecommunications • Over 3 years experiences in software development.• Hands on experience in Java application server, Java/C# and JMS development, Databases & Query Language. • Experience in Telecom with CVM knowledge and understanding of workflow and processes. • Understanding of Web services, ESB and event streaming processing. • Experience in Real time analytics and Visual Analytics. • Proficient in English communication and negotiation, High level project management and presentation skills.
