• Exceptional design skills, particular attention to detail and strong production value, to produce great creative and design work including prototyping activities
• Conceptualize original ideas and translate scripts into practical visual story flow that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Collaborate with product management and engineering team to define and implement innovative solutions for the company’s product direction, visual and experience
• Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Execute all visual and design stage from concept to final assets hand-over to engineering
• Establish and promote design thinking guidelines, best practices and standards
• Mobile and web based visual and design experience with messaging knowledge is a strong plus
• Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Fireworks and associated design and prototyping tools

- Bachelor's degree in Art, graphic design,
