Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

Develop suitable MIS for various management meetings periodically; (Daily disbursement report, weekly insurance report, fortnightly FFH report, IFC report, ALCO report, BOD report)
• Prepare fund requested by branch and submit to finance team on weekly basis.
• Analyze and interpret our MNC ’s data and present to management for decision making;
• Liaise with Information Technology Department for setting up appropriate new product and new branch through parameters and accurate reporting;
• Ensure compliance with all statutory & regulatory requirements by FRD
• Ensure overall accuracy of data and information which extracted from system database;
• Ensure timely preparation & submission of FRD Reports;
• Prepare month-end LO KPI data extract by coordination with HR
• Tracking monthly disbursement, loan portfolio, active borrower plan Vs Actual
• Strong coordination across different departments from our MNC
• Any other issues/assignments related to given by the authority.

Job Requirements

- At least three years of operational statistic analysis experience preferably in a MFI or Commercial Bank;
- Experience in budgeting, financial analysis and assessment of financial systems and procedures;
- Fluent in English with good written and oral communication skills;
- Strong computer literacy such as Microsoft Offices (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, etc.), Core Banking System, Internet, E-mail, etc;
- Accuracy, attention to details, initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
- Demonstrated experience in selecting, managing, and developing a team, and the ability to lead by example;
