• develop analysis and reporting capabilities
• Create reports to share the findings and recommendations with the internal team and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with Supervisors to determine and address data and reporting needs for various types of internal and external reports
• Create statistical models that depict Bank-wide trends
• Perform testing and validation of data sets
• Determine the meaning of data and explain how various teams and management can leverage it to improve and streamline their processes
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
