KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Understand the business strategy and customer value proposition of the Digital strategy.
- Understand the data architecture of Yoma Bank systems and develop extraction and data management routines.
- Understand the structure of Yoma Bank accounting, sufficiently to be able to develop financial models that align with financial reporting standards.
- Liaise with the IT department for all matters related to data extraction and management
- Liaise with the central BI unit to ensure alignment with corporate BI practice
- Liaise with the finance department
- Support Digital Division project teams to develop appropriate KPIs, reporting metrics, and info graphics
- Assist the CDO in research and data analysis on ad hoc basis.

KEY DELIVERABLES:
•
- A data warehouse populated and Up-to-date with all data required for business intelligence in the Digital Division
- A library of dashboards to track key KPIs in the Digital Division
- A library of info graphics to present data and analysis
- Data analysis and presentation for all routine reports.
- Business case models for Division product development initiatives
- Ad hoc analysis as needed.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent data management and data analysis skills
- Working knowledge of bank accounting and financial modeling
- A passion for making financial services work for the daily lives of mass market customers

Education & Special Training
- Bachelor of Science, Math or Bachelor of Computing (Information Systems) with a healthy dose of business classes (Diploma in Banking/ Master of Banking and Finance/ MBA)
- Formal education in data analytics or science

Experience
- At least 3 years’ experience with responsibility for similar deliverable.
- Experience in the financial service sector highly desirable.

Languages
- Ability to communicate (verbal and written) fluently in English
- Myanmar language proficiency highly desirable.
