• Use data to create models that depict trends in the customer base and the consumer population as a whole
• Work with stakeholders to outline the specific data needs and to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions
• Use statistical approaches to analyze data and generate useful the reports
• Identify and recommend new ways to save time, manpower and money by streamline the process
• Mine and analyze data from company databases to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance
metrics
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
• Ensure the data accuracy and quick processing

Job Requirements

• Minimum bachelor degree in any field (Computer Science, Mathematics and Statistics are preferred)
• Experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages: Python, R, SLQ, etc.
• Experience working with relational databases and Advanced Excel Formulas & Functions
• Experience with BI and Data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Have interest in financial products and services
• Good project management skills with high attention to detail and analytical skills
• Fluency in both English and Burmese
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and communications skills in both English and Myanmar
• Committed, results-oriented, and solid team player
• Trustworthy and able to maintain confidential information with high level of integrity
• Able to plan, organize, work under pressure and tight deadline, in a fast paced dynamic environment
• Able to type in Myanmar
