Ability to analyze, understand problems. troubleshoot them and make proper documentation
Work closely with development team to ensure requirements are accurately mapped and suitable for development
Communication - ability to communicate ideas, data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner
Preferred:
Has telecommunication experience
Is Oracle/SQL certificate

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree (BE(IT), ME(IT), BCSc degrees are more preferable)
Proficient in SQL, PLSQL (at least 3 years of experience)
Has worked on Linux or Unix based systems (At least 3 years of experience)
Has Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP)
Has understanding of basic telecommunication networks and call flows
