A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

> Co-ordination amongst Vendor, Project Members, Key Users throughout project implementation
> Facilitation of review meeting of project delivery amongst key users & vendor
> Align and manage vendor to cover all system and IT related testing, environment set-up and track deliverables and its quality
> Align with vendor to ensure project has fewer issues, defects, delays
> Minimize, Manage for any impact to scope, budget, quality, timeline
> and report to project manager and project owners if any possibility of impact to the project
> Daily Monitor of Project Delivery & Issues and track Project WBS execution from Vendor. Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment and all information
> Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
> Review vendor deliverables and work along with project key members to ensure deliverables reflect actual system design & requirement
> Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
> Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
> Summarize tasks, status, progress, issues and report to Project Managers
> Track Progress of vendor solution design and iterative cycles of testing & development, Support UAT execution and track status
> Go-live Support

Job Requirements

> Strong Educational Background in Information Technology & Computer Science, preferably in the fields of Application & Software Engineering
>Strong experience as a Project Coordinator or Project integrator or similar role as at least 5 years of experience with several proven IT software project implementation, preferably HR
Software implementation
> Proficient in Microsoft Office software with hands-on experience with Project Management tools
> Ability to manage project implementation with given timeline, scope, budget, resource and deliver required project with great quality
> Functional understanding of system design and ability to align HR functional requirement and operation of project key users with vendor
> Working knowledge of Database Management & have basic knowledge of employee-related data analysis, cleansing & migration
> Ability to prepare reports and communicate with project key members, vendors, directors & CXOs
> PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
