What you will do

• Co-ordination and Goal Relationship with Dealers & Distributions
• Deployment of consultants to the markets
• Co-ordination of activities with the Company’s business units
• Review of targets and achievements and follow up actions
• Supporting the Dealer Management Selection and training programs
• Coordination of assessment centers and psychometric tests
• Assisting in the developing of training activities to increase knowledge on dealer management level in co-ordination with Company’s training staff.
• Co-ordination of business plans.
• Analysis of business plans with the partners
• Coordinate with Dealers and Company’s staff to ensure full understanding of programme.
• Ensure performance relating to sales vs target, CSS and focus areas is understood and plans in place to achieve targets.
• Development and implementation of dealer standards and organization structure.
• Development of dealerships towards the fulfillment of standards.
• Audit of dealer standards.
• Consultation of dealers in facility planning and enhancement.
• Guiding the dealer in terms of necessary investments based on business cases.
• Project management support for major building projects key performance indicator (Network coverage and exclusivity of facilities, dealer standard fulfillment, no. of assessments, Dealer Satisfaction Index, return on sales per dealer, CSS scores, VSAP performance scores, budget control)..
• Able to deal with oversea suppliers mainly from Japan, Indonesia, China & Thailand

What you are good at

• English 4 Skills (Advance)
• 5 years automotive industry experience preferably in overseas markets with sales
• good automotive industry knowledge, strong analytical skills, resilience, assertiveness, systematic, good communication skills, flexible, confident, success orientated, customer orientated and diligent with good attention to detail and proactive skills.
