The main responsibility is to unload trucks, delivery customer packages, maintain relationship with customers, gather feedbacks, upsell products, and ensure customer satisfaction


Detailed responsibilities include:

▪ Coordinate with Kospa (Third Party Logistic) in regards to unloading of delivery from vehicles
▪ Participate in checking and verifying each product package
▪ Present product to customers, get product acceptance from customers, then verify invoice, collect cash payment, and obtain customer online signature via tablet for accepted goods
▪ Modify any relevant invoices from delivered products that have been rejected by customers (in the case where part of the products were a mismatch with customer’s orders)
▪ Maintain relationship with customers, engage in conversation, address concern, and ensure customer satisfaction
▪ Show new products and offer samples to customers, as well as inform of product promotions upon requests from Sales and Marketing departments
▪ Collect customers’ feedback and escalate issues to relevant function to address concerns and improve quality of service
▪ Prepare return tickets and record damage of faulty packages, to claim for new packages to be delivered to customers
▪ Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level

• Minimum 1 years relevant experience in relevant field
• Good social skills to work in a successful team
• Good reading and writing ability in the English language
• Any Bachelor’s degree
