• Timely coordination of roll-out related site/tower acquisition/co-location activities and telecom implementation manpower allocation and site supervision according to agreed rollout plan.
• Supporting resource planning and dimension, and daily coordination.
• Preparation of project progress reports including action point list.
• Ensuring that all tower sharing data are timely and accurately reported to the project manager (PMO) and telecom implementation scheduling updated based on rollout plan.
• Providing that tower sharing and telecom implementation processes are followed.
• Interfaces towards vendors in all tower sharing and telecom implementation issues during the project.
• Supporting project meetings with tower companies and partner operators, and vendors.
• Ensuring updated tower information gathered from tower companies and partner operators and other necessary processes, application and agreement towards RFI.
• Coordinating with RAN team for scheduled survey after tower site selection.
• Monitoring TI site supervisors schedule and activity from installation and commission to site acceptance.
• Continuous assessment of third party site integration teams for telecom implementation.
• Cooperation with core network infrastructure.
• Cooperation with RAN and supply chain/logistics teams.
• Participation in competence transfer program for local engineers.

• Bachelor of Technology or Engineering.
• Must have project management experience on different levels in telecom projects.
• Must have (3) years’ or more experience in civil works and telecom implementation network rollout projects.
• Multi vendor experience on latest technologies preferably on Huawei.
• Must have Experience in vendor management.
• Fluent in English both oral and written communication skills with vendors and suppliers.
• Strong organizational skills, management skills and problem solving skills.
• Essential skills of civil engineering and telecom implementation practices.
• Knowledge of LTE Huawei products and specific software technical knowledge.
• Ability to execute a project in schedule and according to budget.
• Disciplined and systematic way of working.
