*Develop and manage operational aspects of ongoing Channel Sales Management
*Lead high level coordination between multiple value streams and manage a network of distributors
*Build national territory planning and manage regional/area specific business plans and sales strategies that align with corporate initiatives for teams to ensure profitable growth
*Identify opportunities to fulfill the corporate strategy and meet changing market conditions
*Lead team efforts to solve complex problems for the distributors and channel sales representatives
*Responsible for acquiring the leading distributors (FMCG, Pharmacy and Airtime) and well established retail chain in the market
*Responsible for the development of the subordinate managers to ensure their performance and objectives are met.
*Participate in sales team presentations to further enhance business growth opportunities, enhance selling skills and gain knowledge of customer
*Leads and effectively executes the Call Centre’s business plans for structuring highly relevant and innovative financial solutions to deepen account adoption and to reach more customers at lower cost, in line with the overall bank’s strategy of driving nation-wide financial inclusion
*Responsible for supporting the bank’s strategies and initiatives to provide an effective and engaging digital customer onboarding experience, expand the agent and merchant networks, and drive the usage of mobile and digital applications, in order to achieve economic and social development in Myanmar through nation-wide financial inclusion
