Responsible for strategically overseeing all sales activities of the company and managing the sales teams. • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products.• Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.• Develop and execute the tactical plans to meet defined goals, including negotiation of our annual agreement, our price/package plans and all promotional plans• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.• Manage & track sale KPIs for nations wide, work closely with Sales Director • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base• Liaise with factory effectively to ensure the sale target and the production capacities are aligned • Coordinating in implementation of marketing activities to support in overall sales operations• Prepare annual sales budget and manage national sales OPEX & CAPEX • Leading & building capacity development of sales team by ensuring the succession planning of each position.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration required (MBA preferred)• 10+ years experience in sales management• Previous experience successfully managing sales teams ideally from a similar industry• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.• Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams.
