ROLE PURPOSE
This role is in charge of developing Trade Sales Targets of the bank and responsible for Team performance against targets. Examining Trade Sales growth opportunities and strategically launching new trade products into the market and ensuring customer service standards are high and continually improving.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* In consultation with senior management, design & develop Trade Finance products in order to identify product gaps or new service opportunities and anticipate client needs
* Enhance existing product structure & procedure to meet with the latest market practice
* Implement any new policies and guidelines according to Bank Product Committee approval and regulatory requirement
* Conduct Myanmar Trade Finance market analysis and perform regular review
* Coordinate and communicate between Trade Sales and other internal stakeholders
* Manage product P&L and business drivers
* Participate in client implementation on complex deals and lead key customer visits to explain the new product, benefits and high level process flow
* Work closely with Trade Operations and Corporate Relationship teams to resolve any service quality or Trade issues
* Coach, lead and develop direct reports and others stakeholders
* This role requires both technical and process knowhow knowledge of complex practices and procedures of Trade transactions
* Prepare regular reports and analysis for senior management for effective monitoring and control.
* This role model expected to occasionally perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Education & Special Training
Essential
* Bachelor of Business, Management, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or industry specific qualifications
* High competency in computer (MS Office – Excel, Word) and E-mail
* Strong Trade Finance technical and operation experiences is required
Desirable
* MBA/MBF, CDCS/CITF

Experience
Essential
* At least Three (5) years of related Trade management experience within a retail bank with progressive management experience.
Desirable
* Experience in the Banking sector is a plus

Languages
Essential
* Sound and effective interpersonal & communication skills in both Myanmar and English languages.
