  11. Make sure that efficient systems are in place to enable the company to attain its objectives of maximum productivity.
  12. Responsibility of managing the logistics of the organization, developing inventories and budgets
  13. Have excellent leadership and problem solving attributes in addition to accurate communication skills.
  14. Having the ability to reason swiftly and making prompt decisions without much hesitation
  15. This includes developing procurement policies and procedures; accepting and scrutinizing vendor bids or proposals; selecting sources based upon analysis; arranging vendor contracts; bargaining for best costs; observing quality of purchased materials; and reviewing all activities incidental to buying and examining supplies, materials, equipment and services.
  16. Oversee the total contracting and procurement functions for the company by providing technical assistance to both superiors and colleagues in navigating the procurement processed when needed to perform their responsibilities and to direct the work of subordinates to fulfill the requisites of internal and external procurement.
  17. Maintain a system of internal controls and develop activity reports and budgets for the operation of the Procurement Division.
  18. Supervise technical staff engaged in procurement activities including securing contractual services and materials.
  19. Lead and/or assist in the negotiation of contract terms, conditions and costs.
  20. Implement, monitor and document the use of policies and procedures for purchasing and contracting in accordance with applicable law – local laws and procedures.
  21. Monitor record and report on the compliance and minority business contracting activities.
  22. Review and approve contractual agreements, negotiate amendments and price, and verify contract performance.
  23. Oversee the review of requisitions, solicitations of proposals, analyses and recommendations of proposal acceptances, and coordination of price and cost analyses.
  24. Support the management by selling surplus equipment, scrap metal, tires, supplies and materials, and properly accounting for disposal of surplus property.
  25. Report to MD
