Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Create awareness among employees by conducting the training on Hygiene/GMP/HACCP/ Customer delivery standards, FSHS (Food Safety and Hygiene Standard – Metros Own Quality System).
Monitor the freshness and shelf-life of the food products on a daily basis and take appropriate actions.
Responsible to implement the HACCP system in Warehouse and VAS area.
Monitoring the Customer delivery process
Monitor the cleaning and sanitizing activities in all food processing areas on a daily basis
Monitor Pest Control activities in the Warehouse.
Attend to Customer Complaints – Identify the root cause and take immediate corrective actions.
Ensure FSHS (Food Safety and Hygiene Standard) requirements are met. Communicate deviations.
Documentation of all the above mentioned activities
Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level

Job Requirements

Minimum 8 years of Experience in Food /Retail industry – especially in implementation of Food Quality Systems, like HACCP etc. , Customer complaint management , Process
monitoring , Pest control management , Supplier Audits , Training to food handlers etc.
Must have knowledge ISO,FSSC, GMP process.
excellent communication skills in local language and English must be able to win over person to his/her point of view with reasoning & effective presentation of facts & data.
Good Training skills are preferred.
Must have good skills in MS Office
