Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Main Job Purpose:
• Cooperation with clients, consultants, other departments, site teams and subcontractors
• Check and prepare structural and architectural shop drawings and coordination drawings
• Prepare RFI (Request For Information ) and RFA (Request For Approval)
• Checking the documents, filing and discrepancies between actual constructed and drawings on site
Job Description:
• Negotiate and work together with clients, consultants, other departments, site teams and subcontractors based on requirements.
• Prepare structural and architectural drawings that detail plans and specifications
• Coordinate the collection of data and incorporate this information into drawings
• Negotiate or send RFI, if there are some discrepancies between the drawings
• Send the RFI document to consultants or client
• Filing hard copy of the drawings, RFI and RFA
• Issue the hard copy and soft copy drawing to site as required.
• Update drawing and document register weekly
• Ensuring server project file contains latest design information, internal & external.
• Check the discrepancies between actual constructed and drawing on site

-B.E (Civil)
-Over 20 years working experience in relative field
-Proficiency in Auto CAD 2D,3D, MS Office
-A good team player with ability to meet tight deadlines
-Able to work under stress situation, Can work under pressure
-Check the discrepancies between actual constructed and drawing on site.
