• Develop a standard theme for each season in Myanmar for the Bank’s products
• Develop concept and theme consistency in every graphic
• Transfer different ideas from brainstorming into the graphic that is simple, effective and informative
• Develop CB Bank’s characters to be used as the personified brand
• Convey ideas and messages that are informative to the general public in graphic
• Develop legible and well-designed typography
• Develop the bank’s colour theme using colour theory and brand guideline
• Work hand-in-hand with content team to transform ideas into the graphic
• Develop 3Ds and info-graphics for each product
• Review and monitor graphic designs for errors before publishing
Job Requirements
• Education: Minimum Diploma in Graphic Design or Art
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a freelance
• Computer: Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, CorelDRAW, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Fireworks, Autodesk 3ds Max, ArtRage, Snappa, or related other software
• Language: English 4 skills with at least proficiency of IELTS Band 5 in each skill or equivalent TOEFL score, and bilingual
• Attitude: Can-do attitude with a willingness to learn, customer-oriented mindset, integrity, respectful and courteous
• Basic Knowledge: Typography, Kerning, line height, tracking, leading, white space, composition, lighting and marker rules
• Preferable previous sector: Hospitality, Banking or Media
• Flexibility: ability to travel at last minute arrangements
