Design Manager at one of the Leading Engineering and Manufacturing Company in Myanmar

o To Lead and Manage the production activities within the factory
o Up to 1,500,000 Kyats + Bonus

About the Company

Our client is a leader in switch gear panel and transformer manufacturing throughout Myanmar and offer liquid-filled and dry-type transformers, as well as services for complete life-cycle support, including replacement parts and components.

The Role

● Direct responsibility for discipline in the design work force
● Experience in leading managing people to accomplish improved business results
● Direct responsibility for coordination with other functions on design related activities
● To manage the design team with a high understanding of Switchboards & Panel boards Manufacturing

Job Requirements

● At least 5-7 years’ experiences in Design Department
● Bachelor Degree Holder of the Electrical or Electronic Engineering (Preferred)
● Proficient knowledge in the associated design related software
● Must have a high understanding of design management
