• -Develop strategy and roadmap for devices, SIM cards, top-up vouchers and respective management platforms (OTA, etc.).
• -Manage device life-cycle to ensure appropriate lead time to introduce or withdraw devices from market
• -Select devices for device portfolio
• -Conduct device product testing to ensure network compatibility
• -Lead and coordinate the device customization process
• -Introduce new devices to direct and indirect channels according to identified device introduction timeline
• -Working with Vendors (Device, Printing, Logistics, Designers, Marketing team, IT) to bring a device to launch readiness condition.
• -Create supporting materials (user manuals, FAQs, training materials) for all sourced devices
• -Develop strategic consumer business and marketing initiatives to promote and market device
• -Plan and manage trade campaign for devices and device bundles for dealers (product bundled with devices)
• -Manage device sales and after-sales service that is aligned with customer experience
• -Track and manage inventory of device stocks, ensuring timely delivery, supply of device.
• -Co-manage device warranty stock management (together with Sales & Distribution team)
• -Coordinate SIM profile managing process including future update, OTA-campaigns and evolution to eSIM technology
• -Manage and execute effective and efficient device supply chain with support from device business partner
• -Interface to device supplier to ensure proper execution and compliance of marketing, sales, commercial activities as required by the device supplier.
• -Facilitate quality consultation and communication within own team, within the department and with other departments.
• -Coordinate activities across the organization, work collaboratively and coordinate cross functionally with other units - covering engineering, marketing, sales channels,
and customer services
• -Support sales and business development personnel as required maximizing revenue potential and meeting the business goals of the company.
Job Requirements
• - 3 years of relevant experience in telecommunications marketing 4G LTE, with hands on experience in building value propositions
• - 4G LTE device management & vendor management experience is highly preferred
• - Practical knowledge of product management, GTM process, project management and planning
• - Effective verbal and written communication on all levels and both internally and externally
• - Market and customer oriented way of thinking and result-oriented attitude Proven track record in management of complex programs.
• - Strategic and analytical abilities
• - Professionally proficient in English and Burmese
