• Report to Service Manager• Diagnosis on FORD vehicles especially on FORD North American Products• Final quality check and vehicle handover on special cases• Technical and Warranty communication with FORD • Make excellent customer satisfaction• Functional Responsibilities • In difficult, fruitless diagnosis cases provide support, advise to FORD technicians • In case of recurring complaints, provide active support of the Service Advisor in clarifying the order and in the vehicle handover• Support on a case by case basis for diagnosis and qualification on the job• Direct order clarification and vehicle return discussions with customers in special cases such as repeat complaints • Work closely with workshop manager in the context of order disposition and personal management
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:• Must be FORD or other premium automotive brand Master level certified• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in FORD or other premium automotive BrandsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:ESSENTIAL:• A professional manner• Good communication skill in English• Strong diagnosing skills• Hold a valid driving license• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service• Working knowledge of workshop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, FORD diagnostic equipment IDS, A/C equipment etc.
