We are looking for a talented Digital account manager to join our team. You will manage our client portfolio to help our clients improve their digital presence.As a Digital account manager, you should have solid experience in marketing with a customer service approach. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance.Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.Responsibilities-Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters-Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact-Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements-Suggest, design and implement digital projects (digital communications, digital media, websites, applications) to increase customer ROIL.-Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner.-Report on performance metrics.-Analyze digital campaigns success.-Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.-Developing and managing the account.-Build and maintain strong client relationships management.-Be responsible for assigned accounts and the overall relationship with clients.-Guidance and stewardship throughout the Digital process-Present work to clients, with Digital Director or Account Director.-Drive Outcomes, Profitability and Productivity across your Accounts.-Guide your team and the client.
-Proven work experience in digital industry-Have a strong knowledge of Digital Strategy and an appropriate level of technical competence and ability-In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms-Experience with customer service and account management-Be informed and able to discuss digital trends and current industry issues.-Be aware of and able to articulate client's digital strategy-Established presentation and writing skills.-Ability to use digital planning-Excellent verbal and written communication skills-Strong analytical skillsIf this role is of interest to you please apply here with a recent copy of your CV, current salary and expected salary.
