Requirements

We are looking for Digital App Product Managers to join our team. You should be passionate about experimentation and listening to users, have a knack for UX, and yet also be able to coordinate and manage the product development process. You will lead the direction of the app to support millions of sellers and buyers as we continue our growth story in Myanmar.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy and roadmap
• Align with other stakeholders on overall roadmap
• Roadmap should be based on understanding of current pain points / needs; and some understanding of technical architecture to produce technically feasible strategy / roadmap

Operationalise and implement product roadmap
• Ideate and generate lean experiments to test customer hypotheses
• Document and analyse results of lean experiments and features once implemented
• Own weekly dashboards to monitor health of product, with ad-hoc investigations into aberrations in weekly metrics

Run sprints, scrum meetings in efficient and timely manner
• Precise communication of features / bugs etc for engineering team
• Observe improve scrum process over time
• Take on some Scrum Master duties if possible

User empathy and investigation
• UX / design skills
• Qualitative investigation of users (interviews, focus groups)
• Quantitative investigation of users (surveys, analytics)
• Draw insights from observations and investigation

• Strong belief in lifelong learning

• Strong sense of commitment and responsibility
• Passion for understanding human behaviour and curiosity about others

Skills
• Superior communication skills
• Analytically minded and quantitative (comfortable with Excel and other web analytics tools) combined with a passion for observing user habits and behaviour
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with scrum methodology a plus
