OVERVIEW
Digital Associate will be joining a dynamic team within the digital division of an established bank to shape and implement business development strategy of the bank’s newest and fastest growing division. He/she will be responsible for expanding the bank’s digital customer base by designing and deploying various customer acquisition strategies as well as involve in the operation processes.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Supporting to identify target customers and design customer outreach campaigns in lin with the Division’s overall strategy
- Supporting the design and roll out of digital retail banking products
- Supporting in process workflow development and its related testing for salary loan, payroll services and collecting data
- Involving in the operation processes for easy sign up, salary advance and payroll services
- Involving in the development of process workflow for remote sign up and sharing your understanding and knowledge on FBE and DC module with others
- Providing training to junior staff regarding operation procedures in FBE and DC module

Job Requirements

Knowledge & Skills
Essential
- Deep understanding and hand on practice on CBS and DC
- Team player willing and able to collaborate with all levels
- Ability to prioritize tasks and take quick actions based on importance/urgency.
- Able to assist team and management.

Education & Special Training
Essential
- Bachelor degree in Business or Administration or Other related fields.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, email and internet skills.

Experience
Essential
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales positions or CBS related projects

Languages
Essential
- Ability to communicate (verbal and written) fluently in Myanmar
- Basic understanding in English language
