-Myanmar’s biggest marketing and communications agency network is looking for a Digital Creative Director. As a Creative Director, you will lead a 6+ person, digital-first, multi-disciplinary creative team. You should be deeply familiar with the various digital platforms and possess an impressive portfolio of work across them. The role calls for full cycle creative problem solving, from ideation to execution. As a team leader, you would be responsible for efficiently managing your resources, meeting deadlines, and ensuring the overall quality of work. You will collaborate closely with the strategy and client servicing directors to ensure that client briefs are answered effectively and innovatively.

Job Requirements

6+ years of creative experience of which at least 2 years should be digital focussed
 An art background, while not mandatory, would be an advantage
 Experience of leading a creative team at a leading agency
 A deep knowledge of digital and social media
 Familiarity with AR/VR would be an advantage
 A knack for design, creative thinking, and innovation
 An impressive portfolio of digital work
