We are looking for a Digital Designer to join our in-house agency team.
The ideal candidate will love working with animated graphics and 3D imagery. They will be looking to develop their own skills in order to drive more creative marketing materials. They will love staying up to date with global and local trends in technology, design, entertainment, film, music, and digital media. They will have hobbies and interests that inspire their designs eg/ photography. They will be able to develop digital campaign ideas, design digital advertising materials, manipulate photograph and create simply animated films.
They will be able to take an idea and cascade it through different digital media channels. They will be able to adopt a concept to different audiences and different products.

The role
The Digital Designer will be a core member of a small, collaborative in-house creative agency team. The Digital Designer will work in partnership with the Copywriter and together they will work on creative projects and campaigns guided by the Creative Lead. The Digital Designer will be responsible for making sure ideas are optimized for digital media; making them more visual, more dynamic and more eye-catching to stand out in the digital environments. They will develop creative for websites, apps, and other digital platforms.

Responsibilities
• Receive briefs from the Marketing teams, and will question any areas of uncertainty.
• Work with the in-house agency team to develop a creative, digital solution to the brief.
• Develop digital creative; animations, GIFs
• Attend brainstorm sessions to give creative inputs to inspire the wider team.
• Keep an eye out for interesting campaigns, design trends and marketing ideas both locally and internationally and share with the team to keep everyone up to date.
• Develop more dynamic creative for Facebook, Workplace and other digital channels.

• Proficiency in 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, AfterEffects, Premier Pro and Illustrator
• Experience in video or animation creation
• Working experience regarding multimedia designing is preferred
• Able to work independently as well as with a team environment
• Minimum 2 years experience in the multimedia and Graphic designer role or similar
• Must have creative flair, originality and strong visual sense
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines daily
• Strong ability to conceptualizing, visual and execute graphic design work from design briefs
