Responsible for all brand digital and online operations, responsible for digital A&P budget phasing and management, ensure effective usage of fund to deliver desired results, coach teams for effective digital operations and projects management, contribute to brand development in competitive environment

Frequent travelling in the country is required to understand end consumer’s insight in different regions. On premises and off premises market visit is part of the job to understand the environment and consumers.

4.1 PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

a. KEY RESULT AREAS
1. Lead and implement all brand digital programs and activities to improve brand image and consumer engagement experience
2. Planning and managing digital A&P phasing/usage and its alignment with plan to ensure spending is in line with business status
3. Introduce and pioneer digital tools usage for consumer engagements (FB) and online sales programs

b. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage all brand digital programs and activities according to the agreed brand plan and provide refinement when necessary
2. Manage and ensure proper A&P budget phasing according to usage plan
3. Implement proper planning, execution and tracking tools for all projects and ensure the team’s proper usage
4. Responsible for all digital promotion activities and ensure quality delivered is matching with brand desired image
5. Implement digital strategy and programs to deliver desired consumer engagement
6. Create new brand digital guideline for communication and provide refinement when necessary
7. Develop and implement digital consumer engagement programs and provide refinement when necessary
8. Develop and lead consumer tasting events via digital platforms with support of Brand Ambassador team
9. Support Market Intelligent Service (MIS) unit with all digital brand program objective, KPI and results for effectiveness measure
10. Develop and/or organize digital training session for marketing team
11. Train team members with all necessary skills for the job

Job Requirements

1. JOB REQUIREMENT
5.1 EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS

1) University Graduate
2) Degree/Diploma in Digital Marketing or Communication related field


5.2 SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES

1) 6 years+ Marketing and Brand experience in Myanmar or overseas market
2) 3 years+ hands on digital consumer programs implementation and execution experience in Myanmar
3) Possess excellent spoken and written Myanmar and English language ability
4) Effective communications and presentation skill
5) Understand consumer’s digital behavior and online sales/eCommerce market environment both on premises and off premises
6) Passionate about digital knowledge and new tools and able to explain to non-digital savvy team
7) Coach and nurture team leaders and direct report staff
8) Willing to travel within the country
