Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

• Can create idea, design and post-digital marketing for the company’s social media
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Updating the School’s Facebook account and Web site
• Providing ideas and input into the development of new e-marketing materials
• Writing and producing marketing material (brochures, posters, flyers, etc.) for the school’s programs, liaising with the relevant academic staff to update content as necessary; sourcing student and alumni testimonials
• Preparing marketing collateral for the School’s corporate relations activities
• Liaison with academic and administrative staff to request and collate information for in-house publications
• Proactively searching out information for PR purposes and writing press releases
• Liaison with, and providing information to, the media and arranging interviews with members of staff where necessary
• Maintaining a photo library and arranging external photo shoots and filming with placement students and alumni as well as in-house photo shoots with School staff and students
• Book, design and track advertising for the School as required
• Creative input into new advertising campaigns
• Ensuring prompt follow-up by academics/ program managers of exhibition inquiries/ leads
• Input into the School’s marketing plans: gathering market intelligence to analysis results in relation to the School’s marketing plans. Plan, research and coordinate the school’s recruitment, liaising with relevant parties both internal and external.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing
• Strongly skills and experience in creative content writing
• Proficient in design creating a software (Photoshop and other up-to-date tools)
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently on tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
