Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

1- Lead and develop the agency’s digital department
• Short and long term plans to develop the department
• Manage and supervise the digital department’s ninjas
• Initiate changes, share thoughts and ideas
2- Participate to the (new) clients’ pitches
• Brainstorming with the digital team and the other involved department
• Work on the digital strategy, proposal and budget
• Represent the agency during the face to face proposal together with the relevant team members
3- Supervise the relationship between the Social Media Managers and the clients
• Daily communication and frequent meetings
• Work on integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to production to reporting
• Look for trends and insights to improve the service and optimise the performance
4- Supervise the internal relationship between the digital department and the other departments
• Daily communication with the account management team, creative team, production team to make sure of the work in progress
• Participate to the weekly meetings will the other agency’s heads and managers
5- Be yourself, a beautiful human being within this great family open space
• Any other duties as may be reasonably

• Successful candidates should have at least two years experience in the Digital Marketing in Myanmar or abroad
