We are looking for a Digital Marketing Officer/Associate to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Plan and execute advertising campaigns on all available digital channels such as web,search engine marketing( SEM)/search engine optimization(SEO), marketing database, email, social media

Design, build and maintain our social media presence

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Create compelling digital content to engage new and existing viewers/followers to build buzz and brand equity across various social platforms

Use data and testing to optimize and improve digital marketing content and targeting for all communications

Research and provide knowledge on digital innovation and identify new ideas for collaboration to increase engagement, influence and brand visibility

Execute and manage marketing video campaigns and productions

Design, manage and execute email marketing to gain brand awareness and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Bachelor degree in Business Administration,

Marketing, Communications or other business related specializations

More than 3 years working experience in Digital or Social Media Marketing Field

Experience in managing digital marketing programs

Experience in e-commerce, SEO,Email marketing, and social media.

Solid understanding of financial industry trends and consumer behavior

Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role

Excellent command of English and Myanmar
