Responsible for maintaining company accounts in term of digital. In charge of designing client presentations, conduct and reviews all company accounts on a regular basis; valuate clients’ demands and usage of the each company account; regulates all types of company services, products and prices to satisfy clients’ needs and to meet the organization’s objectives; requires to answer the clients’ questions and ensure their problems are resolved; conducts follow-up tasks and provides assistance maintaining accounts of strategic clients. Manage agency /client relationship providing strategic input towards the achievement of client objectives. Establish rapport and maintain long-term relationships with client champion and executives.Client Presentation- Conceptualize the client proposal- Create a presentation for the client- Manage the tasks needed for the presentation inclusive of creative materials and statement of work- Give recommendations and ideas to the client- Draft the timeline and costing with the statement of workMarketing- Implement marketing campaigns- Provide report analysis to the client- Provide recommendations on campaign improvements- Coordinate with the team on implementation and development of the accounts.- Growth in Digital Sales revenue from assigned clients and projects.Client Services- Provide clients with updates and recommended actions- Collaborate with internal teams in preparing reports for clients
