Following our acquisition by Alibaba Group, we are looking for a mature, experienced individual to build and control our financial operations and reporting in Myanmar.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
> Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports on a stand alone and consolidated basis
> Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
> Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
> Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
> Developing long-term business plans based on actual reports
> Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
> Working with international colleagues in China, Singapore and Pakistan

Job Requirements

> IFRS knowledge is a must
> Well versed in local taxation and statutory compliance as it applies to a service industry that is private limited
> Highly Analytical
> Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
> Commercial and business awareness
> Good communication skills – both written and verbal
> A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
> Ability to stick to time constraints
> Self starter and enjoys working independently
> Ability to work with subsidiary finance teams offsite and across various timezone
