1.Carry out market research, accumulate customer resources, search
target customers’ information and develop new customers according to
company's business development plan and arrangement.
2. Be responsible for a series of processes such as leasing, negotiation and
contract signing, etc.
3. Coordinate the operation of company and arrangements of marketing
activities.
4. Coordinate between tenants (especially anchor tenants),
owners/landlord, property management, anchor tenants and others.
Besides, establish and maintain good relationships with the relevant
government departments.
5. Manage and coordinate tenants’ entrance/ handover, fitting-out
management, opening preparation, etc.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’degree holder

3 years or above experience relating to leasing or procurement with
home building materials suppliers and distributors resources

Good commands of English(Written and Speaking) and Chinese.

Be able to make specific leasing plan, organize and carry out marketing
activities with market analysis ability.

Have good communication and negotiation skills to deal with clients
independently.

Be familiar with how to lease space to tenants (e.g. leasing techniques
& strategies), run a project, carry out marketing activities and use office
software.
